The DMC DJ championships were held Sunday night at the Republic. Sadly, I was not able to attend.
Local fave DJ Tony Skratchere has been a large part of keeping the DMC presence here in the city for years. The DMC battle atmosphere of DJ competitions takes me back to my college days when skills were flexed.

Competition makes people get better. No one breaks a world record speed in a time trial – it’s always in competition.
